Heritage Infiniti of South Atlanta Airport Park & Service Program

 

In an effort to provide the highest level of convenience and client satisfaction, Heritage Infiniti of South Atlanta has entered into an agreement with "The Parking Spot 2" airport park and shuttle service.  This program is designed to provide another means of acquiring vehicle service and maintenance work while traveling and eliminate expensive airport parking fees.  What could be more convenient?  Instead of bringing your vehicle in to the dealership when you need service, simply schedule an appointment as usual, but instead of coming to the dealership, just go directly to our 24/7 covered, secure parking spots and while you are traveling, we will pick up your car, service and clean it to Infiniti standards.  When you return, go directly to ground transportation where a shuttle will be waiting to take you back to the trunk of your car.  The best part is the parking is on us.  The details are below.  Click here to schedule a service appointment while you travel.

 

The process is simple and easy.  Following are the details:

 

1. When you are traveling and have a need for service maintenance or repairs, contact your service consultant and advise him or her of your travel dates.  The service consultant will arrange for your vehicle to be picked up while you are gone, service and clean it to Infiniti standards and return it prior to your arrival. 

 

2. As a precaution, please allow an extra 30 minutes for the shuttle service to drop you off curbside.  Instead of going to the airport parking lots, proceed directly to The Parking Spot 2.  The Parking Spot 2 is located just inside I-285 on Camp Creek Parkway.  Camp Creek Parkway is the second exit north of I-85 on the southwest side of the perimeter. 

 

3. When you arrive at The Parking Spot 2, enter the covered parking area.  Push the button and get your parking ticket.  Keep the ticket in the vehicle.  As you enter, turn left.  Approximately 100 feet on the right are Heritage Infiniti and Volkswagen of South Atlanta reserved parking spaces.  You may see orange cones in front of the designated spaces.  Move the cone from in front of any available spot and park.  The shuttle will soon meet you and assist you in loading any luggage.  If all the spots are taken, park in the closest spot that is available.

 

4. The shuttle driver will give you a yellow piece of paper with your spot number on it.  Keep that with you to reference your parking spot when you return.  Get an envelope from the container on the support pole next to the first spot, fill out your information and give it to the shuttle driver with the instructions that you are leaving your vehicle for service.  They will leave your keys with the office prior to departing the facility.

 

5. They will take you to airport curbside drop-off.  Upon return proceed to ground transportation.  (There is always a The Parking Spot 2 shuttle waiting.)  Upon boarding, give the driver the yellow paper with your parking spot number on it.  Inform the driver that your vehicle was serviced while you were gone and they need to get your keys from the office. 

 

6. As you enter your vehicle, you will see your service invoice.  Give the attendant the parking ticket you got on the way in and show the attendant the invoice as payment.
